You cannot sublicense, rent, sell, or lease any portion of Photology; reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of Photology, or create derivative works from Photology; or use Photology on a greater number of computers than the number of licenses you have purchased. Photology uses various third party libraries covered under separate licensing agreements which are included with this installation. Use of the Flickr uploader is subject to Flickr's community guidelines: play nice, don't upload illegal or prohibited content, don't upload anything that isn't yours, and moderate your content. Flickr accounts are intended for personal use. Photology's webshare service is provided free of cost with the caveat that abuses of it may impact your ability to access the files you upload. Enoetic, LLC reserves the right to modify the webshare service at any time. Downloading and installing Photology indicates your acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree, please remove the software from your computer.
